I have a cold. I am tired. No, not tired. Exhausted. The thought of working out just makes me more tired.
I have been trying to eat well and get over my cold (and get some sleep, which is the hardest part). I am trying REALLY hard to not slide back into my old habits. The habits where I would eat for an hour to get energy and then be too full to do anything. So far I have been good, but I am still on the alert. Hopefully my cold will disappear soon and I will have enough energy to get back in exercising properly again.
