I managed to get one of my co-workers to walk with me for 10 minutes today at lunch. Then after work and after the boy was asleep, I did 26 more minutes of exercise. I wasn't really motivated to do much, but I pushed myself to do 10 minutes, then 10 minutes more, and the last 6 minutes were a bonus. :)
I am working my way up to going on the elliptical in the basement, but it is lonely down there and there is no tv. I'll have to charge my ipod and get some good music on it.
Any suggestions from fellow workout people as to what is motivating music?
