I survived the "week of temptation" at work this week - today there were cinnamon buns up for grabs, yesterday there were macaroons and pie slices. By the end of today I actually started to feel good about resisting (which is the best way to feel :)
My next test will be this weekend. It will be interesting to see if I choose wisely for my meals/snacks or not. I'll keep you posted.
