I started out really well, and sort of sputtered to a halt near the end. The good news is I ate mostly healthy stuff all weekend.
I *did* indulge in 4 mini donuts at the carnival on Saturday, but was happy I didn't eat the whole bag. I LOVE mini donuts.
Yesterday after I put my toddler to bed, I coloured my hair. While I was waiting for the time on my colour to develop, I figured I would do some jogging/walking in place. I managed to catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror wearing only a bra and underpants. Let's just say I realized I should be exercising a little harder :)
Today didn't start off too bad, I ate a healthy breakfast, went for a walk (pulling my son in his wagon) with my hubby, and ate a healthy lunch. Then we went to my Dad's, and I ate WAY too much fruit and dip (the dip part is the problem), had 1.7 hamburgers (the other .3 went to my child)AND a small piece of "light" strawberry cheesecake. Let's just say I will be happy if I have a good weigh-in tomorrow morning :(
So on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being me eating fried chicken and drinking a milkshake while typing and 10 being me just sitting down after running 10 K and finishing my healthy, balanced dinner) I think I give myself a 5. I could have done better, but I could have done worse too.
