Getting easier!

The workouts are starting to get easier. It's still hard to actually find the time, but I am forcing myself to get at least 20 minutes in per day. I did 30 yesterday, and 20 so far today (plan to do 10 more after I post this).
My body is enjoying actually working instead of plopping on the couch. Let's hope this feeling lasts.

The good news is, I have a cold, and have been suffering sinus sinus headaches the last few days, but I still managed to get my workouts in (and stay fairly on track with eating). That never used to happen before. My "no more excuses" approach this time around is working :)
