So I managed to walk for an hour outside today, AND go on the elliptical for 15 minutes. I was an F6 on the elliptical again though :(
I am going to start with the eating right on Monday, I am sick of being at this weight. I am a little more confident that I can get the exercise in, now I just have to pair it with the eating right. I need to learn that food does not love me, it is merely fuel.
