On a roll?

I wasn’t going to go for a long walk last night, mostly because it was cold out and I am a wimp. But then my friend called, and she wanted to know if she could come by with her dog, and we could all go for a long walk. So of course I said yes. We walked for a good 45 minutes, and I enjoyed it, even though I was very cold. So I am happy that I have made it 2 days in a row with at least 40 minutes of exercise. I have 10 minutes in today so far.

Tomorrow I have to take my dog to the dog park, as we are having an Open House and she can’t be there. So I should get at least 1 hour of walking in tomorrow. And the dog park is located at the top of the coulee, so we have to walk down a steep hill to get to the main part of the park, which also means a walk up a steep hill to get back.

I have been getting in my minimum 5 servings of fruits and veggies, even getting more some days. I want to keep working at that, I find it easier to avoid junk food when I am working at a goal like that.
