Introduction

Hi,
I want to get healthy, fit and live to be a ripe old age. I need to change my lifestyle, my way of thinking, and my fitness level. This blog will be about the ups and downs of that journey to Wellness.

I am 32 years old, , 5'8", female, and my BMI is in the Obese category. I currently weigh 220 lbs. I am striving to get to at least below 200 this year. When I was at my heaviest, I weighed 233. I lost 31 lbs, and weighed 202 lbs, but have since gained a bunch back (obviously).

I need to change the way I think about food and exercise. I can do the short term weight loss thing, but that's all it is. I need to stop being lazy and I need to stop turning to food as a comfort.
