I am up 0.2 lbs. I will take it, I am actually surprised I did not gain more. I am still on Prednisone for my sinuses, but the dose is lower by 5 mg now, and soon it will go down again. I am hoping this round of medication keeps my sinus migraines from coming back for a while.
I was going to start the 30 day shred again this week, but I still had a sinus headache on Monday so I decided I will do the elliptical this week and start the Shred this coming Monday. As long as I am getting in a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise this week I am happy. It's the getting up at 5 am that seems to be foiling my plans to get more than 30 minutes in this week. Each day I get up 2 minutes earlier, so by next week I should be up at 5:15.
