I surprised myself and actually got a lot of exercise in. While I was in Lethbridge I walked for 45-50 minutes before everyone was awake(we were camping near a park, so it was easy to get to a3.0 km path). Then in Waterton we were out walking 3-4 hours each day (at least).. I only tracked 3-4 hours, but with all the trips to the playground that E needed to make it was probably more :)
I lost 0.8 lbs when I weighed in yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised, since I didn't actually eat well at all.
Today I did Day One of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. I have to tell you, I DID think about giving up partway into it, but I continued and finished. I don't know how good my form was by the end, but I am just happy I finished. I am too scared to do it every day, so this month I will do it every other day, and then in September I will hopefully be a little lighter and in better shape to do it every day.
