Success! Well, a start anyway!

I am finally out of the 240's!  After my big gain of 2.6 I lost 4.8 this week!  I now weigh 239.

I am a little nervous because we are headed out on vacation tomorrow.  I'll have to do a whole whack of walking to keep from gaining weight.  i am going to be mindful of my portions, and go for fruits and veggies as often as possible, but I am still so new at not saying "Screw it I'll eat whatever I want" that it will be really hard to make healthy choices without thinking.  My automatic  is still comfort food, I have to retrain myself.
