I am still plugging away. I had a bad week last week, I was PMSing and had a sinus headache for a few days. I slipped into my old habits and tried to eat my feelings. As a result? Up 2.6 lbs at my weigh in yesterday:(
I know what I need to do, but sometimes my bad habits override my logical side. I have imposed my rule of no eating after 8 pm again. Yesterday I decided to bend it and I started to binge, so I am back to being strict about it. If I can avoid that first bite I am okay.
I am going on vacation/camping next weekend, I am really worried because I don't know how I will do. I will have to restrict myself to one Smore each night...
