When I weighed myself at the beginning of the year I was 252.2. Yikes.
Right now I am 245.2, so I have lost 7 lbs.
My blood pressure at the beginning of the year was 147/109. Yikes again (I should have been dead, according to my doctor). I checked my BP a couple of weeks ago, and it was a more respectable 136/96. Still not in the normal range, but definitely going in the right direction.
This is my "before" picture - taken today, about 6 weeks after recommitting to Weight Watchers.
