Weigh-In Sunday

So I stepped on the scale this morning with a little hesitation. I felt bloated and horrible, and wasn't feeling good at all about weighing in. I remembered the number on the scale and didn't try to do the math from last week's number. When I plugged it into the Weight Watchers site, I was told I had lost 4 lbs! I was definitely happy about that.

So now I have lost 8.1 lbs in two weeks. I may even be back to my pre-pregnancy weight by the time I start work again next Monday.

I am going to try to get out for another walk today. We are going into town to visit E's Great Grandma later this afternoon, and we have a couple of errands to run while we are there.

i am definitely encouraged by the fact that I have been tracking what I eat (even when it's bad) and I still haven't gone over my Points budget for either of the weeks. As long as I get exercise Points in, i still have Points left at the end of each week. And I have still managed to eat ribs, ice cream, Strudel and donuts. I am actually realizing that I feel horrible when I eat the strudel and donuts, so it hasn't been as hard to stay away as I thought it would be. As long as I can have my coffee and some cheese each week, I will be fine :)
