So I registered online and have started tracking my points on Weight Watchers. I know this is what I need. There were several times already this morning when I thought "Oh I'll just grab a brownie since it is sitting there" but had to rethink it and remember how many calories are in those things. If I follow the plan well today I will let myself have a small piece of brownie tonight with my evening tea, because I can't deny myself everything that is good, plus it is doable within the Plan.
I have a huge headache still today, my cold is NOT better, it is actually worse than it was last week (so much for my big plan to be feeling better by today). Baby E is still sick too, he has a bit of a cough. I'll have to rub him down with Baby Vicks.

I went for a walk today for 60 minutes, and it gave me 3 Activity points! So I can have that brownie guilt free!
