I had a terrible week. I weighed myself on Monday and I was up 1 lb. It didn't help that I had a horrible cold and spent all week trying to recover from my weekend of no sleep (about 8 hours of sleep over 3 days).
We went camping for the first time this past weekend, and E wasn't sure we were coming back. The first night was rough for him (and us). The second day was better, but I ate 4 Smores and LOTS of food (even though I drank lots of water and had to walk 142 steps each way to the bathroom). So the weekend was long, and I am pretty sure that is why I got a bad cold. Then I lost my motivation to exercise, along with my need for lots of junk food (Thank you PMS).
I can't turn back time and get enough sleep and eat right and exercise over the past week. But what I can do is what I am doing right now - admit my mistake(s) and move on.
Here's hoping next week is less of a fail.
