Well, I am still here. Sort of. I did 15 minutes of exercise last night and that made my stomach sore. So I guess I will keep it to 15 minutes or less for now until May 16, when my official 6 weeks post-op comes around.
I have been sticking to my no eating after 8 pm rule, and I am eating off a small plate at dinnertime still.
Last night I ate 2.5 pork loin chops with my dinner(!). I guess it's better than 2.5 donuts....
Having a sick toddler every 2 weeks (literally) is really physically and mentally draining. I was up all last night with him. It is really hard to tell myself I don't need to eat for energy. What I need is sleep. It's hard to fit exercise in when all you are thinking about is how to sleep.
