Progress...I think

So I went a little extreme in my food restrictions and ended up starving by midweek (what usually happens). But this time, instead of inhaling everything around me, I ate a little more than I planned, but stopped before I went overboard. I am hoping this will start a new trend with me, that I can occasionally have more to eat, but not give up my weight loss goal and turn a binge into an everyday affair.
