So I lost 2.5 lbs this past week. I kind of started veering off track on Friday, but I am back on track now. I got an email from MyMonthlyReminders.com that my period is coming up in a weeks, so I am preparing myself for the non-stop hunger that usually takes place the week before my period. I hope I can control myself.
Baby E was sick again on Friday, and although my first instinct was to eat myself calm, I resisted. I DID have chips, but it was a decision I made slowly, and even tracked it.
I didn't do any cardio excpet for that 15 minutes I mentioned in my previous post. I plan on getting back to the cardio tomorrow. I went for a 20 minute walk this morning, pulling E in the sled.
