Argh.

So I haven't made much progress, in either the fitness department or int eh weight loss department. I have made way too many excuses for myself, been feeling tired and sick way too much, and basically sucked at everything fitness/health related.

It is a new week, and I vow to be less stressed about life, and hopefully that will mean I will be more optimistic if I accidentally blow one meal. It doesn't mean I have to pig out on the other 20 meals during the week.

I had my annual check-up today, and the doctor wants me to monitor my blood pressure :( I am hoping it will get better once I lose some weight and get a better handle on this whole eating healthy thing. I just read an article that says that even losing a small amount of weight can help with blood pressure. I hope it's true, because I am not even 35 yet, I don't want to be put on blood pressure medication.
