Well, I lost another 1.4 lbs this week. It sounds good, but after gaining a bunch of weight when I first started back at work, I have only lost 10.2 lbs since April 19. I am a little disappointed. I know I should be happy, a 10 lb loss is still great, but I have a LONG way to go still. I am REALLY hoping I can keep up with the smaller portions. I am actually starting to not enjoy the foods I indulge in, which is a good step for me. I am starting to realize that eating good tasting food isn't always a good thing.
The weather here has sucked royally for the last few weeks, so I haven't even been inspired to do any walking or anything. It is nice out today, and I wanted to go for a long walk, but M wants to take us on a hunting trio to see a truck and a camper to see if they are worth buying. I am hoping I can still sneak a walk in somehow. The truck is almost 2 hours away though.
